I recently went to Taos for adult creative camp. As a former summer camp counselor, I rejoiced in the time to unwind under the enchanting skies of New Mexico. I hung out in the sensational Southwest landscapes, which served as inspiration for one of my favorite artists, Georgia O’Keeffe. This is her cabin at Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu. I am restored.

Our corner of the world here on the East coast is also known for personal restoration. Welcome to Paisley’s September issue, themed #againstallodds. Meet Lesley, Charity and Virginia, three locals who use their special talents in service to others, including Carrie Lewis’ (page 29) heartfelt senior stories.
We are excited to be back playing Paisley Birdie Golf at two golf clubs: In September we’re at Sanctuary Golf Club (page 9). And, we thank the staff at Tortuga Jack’s for their fun time hospitality on our Paparazzi spread (page 15). We are looking forward to the next Paisley Partini in October at A Moveable Feast. The BEST times we have are when we connect with YOU.
