Soon to start her freshman year at Brunswick High, Kamilah Brown has had a busy summer. She’s been volunteering to raise funds and awareness for Brunswick’s homeless population by collecting aluminum cans to help her church, The Pavilion, with their Tuesday breakfast program at The Well. She’s also looking into contributing to autism awareness in support of one her siblings. Learn more about Kamilah’s project: This email address is being protected from spambots. Welcome to our August issue themed #AnAppleADay. We are sharing the joys of healthier living. Meet Lauren, Olivia and Gloria, three ladies who live each day in the pursuit of happiness and good health. Also in the lineup, barking and meowing its way to fame, a new album of purr-fect local pets sparkle and shine in the Class of 2019 Pet Yearbook on pages 23 through 25. And, Paisley Birdie Golf will tee off this month at Heritage Oaks Golf Club on August 28 with details on page 11. Yes, at Paisley Magazine, we are “giving it our best shot” to bask in coastal living!
Enjoy the read,
